It's the People Who Drive Our Success
"I am a dedicated pharmacist with three years of experience at NBCD. In my role as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA), I uniquely combine the responsibilities of a CRA with those of an assisting Clinical Trial Manager (CTM). This distinctive position at NBCD allows me to support the CTM in tasks such as central monitoring and overseeing global CRA activities.
I play a crucial role in study-level processes and decision-making. I am also responsible for training new members of the CRA team and actively participate in internal projects, such as implementing our new Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Beyond my professional duties, I contribute to the vibrant company culture as a member of the Friday Bar and Party Committee, helping to organize social events that foster team spirit and camaraderie" (Frederikke, Senior Clinical Research Associate.)
